As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Life Operations team. We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives who will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the accurate processing of policies, claims, and related services for brokers, agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Provide clerical support including records, correspondence, billing, and data entry.
Process life insurance applications, policy updates, and support brokers/clients throughout the sales process.
Customer Service
Deliver professional, timely service to brokers, agents, and clients, resolving inquiries and complaints.
Educate brokers/clients on products and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams.
Error Checking
Review and correct errors in FIMMAS reports and policy accounting.
Clear suspense, balance batches, and maintain accurate client/payment records.
Compliance
Ensure client files and policy documentation meet compliance standards.
Support audits and internal reviews by keeping records accurate and up to date.
Claims
Process life, death, disability, dismemberment, surrender, and loan claims.
Communicate with brokers/clients regarding claim requirements and statuses.
Underwriting
Prepare and coordinate underwriting files for review.
Liaise with underwriters to ensure timely processing of applications.
Knowledge & Experience
·High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·Knowledge of insurance products is a Plus.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·Attention to detail, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
