General Agent: Century Insurance Agency Ltd.

Century Insurance Agency Limited – General Agent of NAGICO Insurances is currently seeking a Secretary to provide administrative support and assistance to the Manager and other administrative tasks as required.

Main responsibilities to include:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, preparing documents and presentations;
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
  • Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication;
  • Update the Manager about appointments with various clients;
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications;
  • Answer and manage incoming calls;
  • Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail;
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors;
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels;

Job skills and requirements:

The successful candidate must:
