HR Operations Lead – Dutch Caribbean
About the Role:

We are restructuring its HR department to better serve our 400+ employees across 15 Caribbean territories, encompassing Dutch, English, French, Papiamento and Spanish-speaking regions. Central to this transformation is the creation of an HR Operations Team, aimed at streamlining HR administrative processes, standardizing HR practices and improving service delivery across the entire employee lifecycle. This team will be co-led by two HR Operations Leads, each overseeing the HR administrative processes in Dutch and non-Dutch territories, respectively.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

Hands-on expertise in Dutch Caribbean payroll and HR administration, and a talent for innovation, to play a pivotal role in leading the project implementation efforts that will turn the concept of a centralized HR Operations Team into reality. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You’ll join us at the ground level of creating our HR Operations Team, ready to embrace change and gradual improvements.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative roles, dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality and service standards of processes. It’s suited for those enthusiastic about contributing to our growth and flexible enough to adapt as we evolve our HR Operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred, or Associate degree with relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years in HR, with senior administrative/supervisory experience and hands-on payroll processing experience for Dutch territories.
  • Understanding of HR laws and practices in Dutch Caribbean.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle detailed work.
