Job purpose:                      Nagico is undertaking an ambitious initiative to transform the way it does business to delight our clients. As the Head of IT you will design and lead the digital capabilities / operations of the company and support the company wide transformation. In its core, this position entails designing and implementing the IT architecture that will support both the end-to-end and front-to-back client experience, as well as data warehousing and analytics. The role also includes developing, deploying, and innovating our channel strategies to improve client engagement using our Anoud workflow platform.

Key will be to successfully navigate cross-border complexity with a strategic mindset while making informed business decisions that delight our clients and drive our leadership in the market. You will approach opportunities with a learning mindset and have the courage to make sound decisions despite ambiguity.


  • In collaboration with the CTO, plan and manage the execution of IT related transformation agenda.
  • Develop a digital strategy plan and a company digital roadmap, bridging data and business operations to serve the end customer and other company partners.
  • Ideate, scope and manage roadmap to advance channel capabilities, resiliency and experience while managing the full product lifecycle and decommission products and services
  • Lead and work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to innovate, scale, optimize existing and emerging products and services on the (Anoud) platform 

Articulate client value and drive client engagement with data-driven facts and insights 

  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
  • Initiate and oversee the on-line and mobile channels, supervise improvements in other internal processes, and lead the overall growth of the digital operations of the organization through other business development activities.
  • Support and contribute to corporate initiatives, performing relevant adjustments to improve efficiencies across all territories.
  • Lead all Digital projects, cooperating with relevant units to ensure optimization of tools and company knowledge for business growth.
  • Gradually develop a digital team to support the digital transformation progress.
  • Network with the market to investigate for synergies and competition intelligence.
  • Maintain a balance between business and technology, connecting digital investments to organizational KPIs to achieve positive digital transformation.



  • Strong academic background preferably in Business, Information Technology or other - related field.
  • 3- 6 years of relevant experience in as many of the following: digital transformation, IT process improvement and project ownership.
  • Robust know-how coupled with more than 2 years of relevant experience in end to end 'process transformation' project life cycle (scoping, proposal and delivery) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong self-motivation, autonomy and passion for forward thinking, with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery in setting direction and motivating team members outside of his/her direct reporting line.
