Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Printing monthly Agent Commission Statements and Cheques
- Posting and printing of Commissions
- Invoicing of Claims & Operational expenses
- Creating online payments
- Printing of Cheques
- Preparing monthly Agent Statements
- Preparing Purchase orders
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations
Academic Qualifications and Experience required for position
- 3 years accounting experience in a high-volume company
- Ability to work with without supervision
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Good writing and Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently;
- Confidentiality and diplomacy;
- Organizational and time management skills;
