NAGICO IMPROVES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE, DEBIT AND STANDING-ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten - For the convenience of the customer The National General Insurance Corporation,(NAGICO) has just placed online, direct debit and standing order payment options at its customers' fingertips.
Customers may now pay their NAGICO premiums online by logging on to the WIB@home Online service. It's very easy, all a customer has to do is to log into the banks online portal and select NAGICO Insurance NV from the list of participating companies and proceed following the online prompts.
Chief Accountant Dilys Alphonso made the announcement recently to Agents, she added, "Our aim is to ensure that customers are able to do their NAGICO business with the greatest convenience, we like making things easy for our customers. Windward Islands Bank, Scotia Bank and RBTT are all on board with the direct debit and standing order payment option."
Ms. Alphonso explained the details which the customer should have ready when making the payments via these methods. She said, "Customers should include their policy number(s) and full name on the transaction."
The Chief Accountant finished by saying, "NAGICO is always looking for ways in which they can improve the customer experience and this is one of the steps we are making in that regard for 2008."
