NAGICO EXPANDS WORKING AREA TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
October 28th 2008
The NAGICO Claim’s Department relocated this weekend to the ground floor of the NAGICO Building
Philipsburg, St. Maarten: NAGICO has made changes to its ground floor in order to provide customers with more accessible, centralized service points. The first phase of the move was completed last weekend when the company’s Claims Department and Adjusters were relocated to the section of the NAGICO Building that was once occupied by Telem.
Soon to follow will be the Medical Department and NAGICO Life which are currently located on the first (1st) floor. The Medical department will occupy the area which was previously used by the Claims department. NAGICO Life will be located in the new section. All the moves will be completed by mid November. The area boasts a small meeting room for confidential client meetings as well as more comfortable seating for clients; new countertops have been installed and staff was involved in the design process and they are pleased with the renovations. The additional floor space has allowed NAGICO to provide a more open, less crowded environment which would lend towards an increase in productivity. After all the departments have been moved to their new locations, NAGICO would effectively have all their customer service departments on the same floor.
NAGICO has made it a priority to focus on customers throughout 2008 with the introduction of new services such as the NAGICO Travel policy, and by introducing new benefits to existing services such as the NAA. The fact that NAGICO has shifted it’s departments, to better accommodate the customer is just the another example of the company’s commitment to the needs of the consumer.
