NAGICO SPONSORS NAGICO SUNZ TEAM FOR 2008

The NAGICO green will be proudly worn by the NAGICO Sunz for 2008. The Team was presented with their shirts at NAGICO head office on Wednesday. Making the presentation was the team captain Mr. Mark Edwards who indicated that his team was "Looking forward to promoting the company and to a good basketball season this year. We appreciate the sponsorship from NAGICO."
The presentation was witnessed by team members, Mr. Michael York, and Mr. Lennox Flemming, the latter is also a NAGICO employee.
The NAGICO Sunz captain added that strong discipline would be a major component of the work they will be putting in to gain success for NAGICO. "We are also looking forward to holding the NAGICO umbrella high as it relates to working with the youth and imparting some of our basketball knowledge."
NAGICO Managing Director, Eric Ellis, noted that he was happy to continue the relationship he had built with the team. Ellis also received his own Team jersey with his name on the back as a symbol of the team's gratitude for the 2008 sponsorship.
"This is all part of a larger picture, "Ellis continued, "We are also sponsoring the St. Maarten's Basketball Association's League tournament this year and we are currently looking at the possibility of being involved in a schools program in partnership with the association.
