NAGICO DONATES TO THE 2ND ANNUAL ECO-FEST
St. Maarten June 4th, 2008Philipsburg, St. Maarten NAGICO Insurances continues the trend of going Green in making a donation to ECO-FEST. The contribution that was made by NAGICO will go towards increasing the awareness of environmental issues during the up coming, 2nd annual ECO-FEST which begins today and runs until Friday June 6th, 2008 at Belair Community Centre.
NAGICO s commitment to the community extend showing environmental responsibility. In recent years, the company has positively supported environmental projects and events that have taken place on the island. The Theme of ECO-FEST 2008 is Global Warming: Understanding and Preparing for Change of Behavior Towards the Environment . The event which is being organized by Island Vision Foundation will feature many prominent international figures whom will provide the information on environmental education to the community.
