NAGICO AUTO POLICY IS BOOSTED WITH THE LAUNCH OF THE NAGICO AUTO ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
St. Maarten June 26th, 2008Philipsburg, St. Maarten - NAGICO policy holders will have a lot less to worry about on the road now that the insurance company has launched a service that will assist motorists who experience vehicle troubles. The NAA (NAGICO Auto Assistance) will be a free service that is offered to NAGICO private policy holder while on the road and It will be available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and vehicles are covered while being driven on the Dutch and French side. The slogan attached to the NAA is "Always at your service" which perfectly embodies NAGICO's business concept of being customer oriented.
The service that NAGICO will be offering, is the first of its kind on the island and will be available to policy holders from the 1st of July 2008. The contact numbers are 544-4NAA (4622) and 544-HELP (4357). Even though the "NAA" is available to private policy holders it extends to privately owned cars, taxis, vans, jeeps or SUVS. The general services that will be offered by NAGICO Auto Assistance would include changing flat tires, battery charges, gas to get you going and the limited car lock out services.
Currently NAGICO will have three (3) automotive assistance personnel who will be working for the NAA. These persons have extensive experience in the automotive field both on St. Maarten and abroad. The entire operation will be headed by NAGICO Executive Director Eric Ellis who has been working diligently on the project.

This product is not to be confused with the St. Maarten Road Side Service that provides assistance in the event of an accident.
